We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone, company details, and payment information. We also collect usage data including login events, project activity, and file uploads. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is not stored on SafeTbuild servers.
We use your information to provide and improve the SafeTbuild platform, facilitate transactions between customers and vendors, send transactional emails and notifications, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
We share your information with: (a) Stripe for payment processing, (b) Resend for email delivery, (c) Cloudflare for file storage. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with law enforcement when legally required.
We retain your account data for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period afterward as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for financial compliance.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted passwords (bcrypt), and secure cloud infrastructure. No system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting privacy@safetbuild.app. We will respond within 30 days. Note that some data may be retained for legal compliance reasons.
We use session cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, though this may affect platform functionality.
